A little about VIP Automotive Service. We are individually owned and operated. We started as a small work from home/mobile repair shop in the Akron/Barberton area. Not only have we been helping service our local community residents since 2014 but have been obtaining even more knowledge from working inside local Ford and Chrysler dealerships learning the new systems and equipment. We have also assisted in multiple other independent and franchise shops learning different makes and models but also learning how we can better help our customers. We push to give you the best experience because we know its never easy being without our main transportation or not truly knowing if and when it will be fixed. We provide complimentary shuttle to and from your home. Complimentary drinks and snacks in our main office. Digital vehicle inspections with pictures to help show and explain the concerns of your vehicle whether its good or bad! Curtesy inspections for customers are a must here and help you keep up to date on what's going on with your vehicle.

All repairs made with our supplied parts we provide a nationwide 12 month/12,000 mile warranty and a local 24 month, 24,000 mile warranty!
